Wood from the region as well as elegant and modern interiors ensure a pleasant living atmosphere at any time of the year.
Two high-quality flats are available for our guests.
The room layout:
Distributed over approx: 85 m² is:
- a big entrance area with wardrobe.
- three bedrooms with double bed.
- a very spacey abd barrier-free bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC and hairdryer.
- 1 separate toilet with urinal
- a large and light-flooded living and dining area
- Barrier-free access to the terrace with adjacent sunbathing lawn.
- a fully equipped kitchenette:
- 1 electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven
- 1 dishwasher
- 1 Coffee machine
- 1 Kettle
- Crockery and kitchen utensils
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided
- Baby beds and high chair on request
- Free WLAN ( fibre optics!)
- 1 Ski boot dryer
- The flats are heated with our own wood!
- Parking space in front of the holiday homes!

All room prices listed in the table include VAT and operating costs (electricity, heating, WLAN) and exclude local taxes and the final cleaning fee.

Discount for long stay: 10 days or more!
2 month – 1 month before arrival 30% of the tour price
Up to 1 month before arrival without cancellation fees.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the travel price.
In case of no-show, the total amount will be charged.
The general regulations for the Austrian hotel industry apply!
